Mary Parker - Living with scoliosis and Car Accident Victim

I’ll be honest. I didn’t expect to see the quick turnaround in my health. After suffering for so long, I believed that’s how things were going to remain for me.

I was first diagnosed with scoliosis in my teen years. I had been seeing a chiropractor for about 20 years. When I had a car accident in June ’07, I was in severe pain. My old chiropractor treated me for 3 weeks. Initially the treatments were effective but as time passed the progress stopped and my condition worsened. I was taking Skelaxin and Tylenol with Codeine. Both medications left me feeling like a zombie at work and irritated my stomach as well.

Since coming to Davis Chiropractic Center, I have seen so much progress. I’m more mobile, I sleep better, my typing and keystrokes are faster, my stamina and endurance levels have increased. My productivity and memory have gotten better. My posture is better, I walk faster, and my upper extremities feel stronger. Thank God for my wonderful Dr. Davis. He has given me my health back!

I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for Dr. Davis I would still be in pain.  A car accident left me with constant lower back pain.  I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery.  I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it.  So I decided to go to a chiropractor before the surgery and I am so thankful that I did.  My back pains are gone and I am living my life to the fullest and pain free.
